Severely sprained wrist suffered at Orlando Supercross had
sidelined Hamblin, rehab and rest have him back in top form to finish out
Supercross season
CARLSBAD, Calif., (April 25, 2005) – Monster
Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Sean Hamblin, who has been sidelined since the
Dallas round of the THQ/AMA Supercross Series, will return to action for the
final two races of the season - beginning this weekend at Houston’s Reliant
Stadium.
“My wrist is definitely feeling much better and I’m looking forward to returning
to action this weekend in Houston,” said Hamblin. “There’s two Supercross
rounds where I’ve got nothing on the line, nothing to lose and I’m pumped to
get out there and put up some good results before we start the Nationals.”
Hamblin injured his clutch (left) hand in a lap five accident at Orlando last
month. He was racing in 8th place at the time of the accident.
